It would be nice if kompare allowed to drag&drop file from the konqueror. I imagine it so:
- I have kompare window opened 
- I drag&drop some file to the left pane (kompare displays this file and maybe somehow signals that it is awaiting for the second operand)
- I drag&drop some file to the right pane
- either I click some button to perform diff or the diff is performed immediately after I dropped the second file

Motivation:
a) Frequent situation where I compare files from two different folders, it would be fairly ergonomic if I could open two konqueror windows for those folders and just drag&drop files to compare
b) Situation where I want to compare two files and then one of them with some other file.

Additional note: I'd also remove the window querying for the comparison objects which is now displayed when kompare is started without parameters. Instead I'd start empty kompare window and give menu/buttons to select the files there. AND instead of asking for both files simultaneously (happens after clicking diskette icon) I'd give separate icons for changing left and changing right file.

This is gonna be a little spammy... I'm reassigning everything that's currently
