In Opera it is possible to scroll through the tabs with RightMouse+WheelUp and RightMouse+WheelDown. It would be cool if this works with KHotKeys as well.

No, I'm afraid for khotkeys this one will be WONTFIX (or rather CANTFIX). You can use normal gestures, otherwise this will most probably need to be implemented in konqueror itself.

I don't what this has to do with KHotKeys, and this technically can be implemented only in the app anyway.

This is a major thing that keeps me using Opera. I'd also like to have back and forward moving using just the mouse buttons, maybe I should make another bug-report of them?
