After opening a fresh Konqueror in my home directory, I open the Navigation Panel and click on a folder, it starts dragging the file.

I am definitely not moving the mouse whilst clicking: I can click and keep the mouse still for twenty seconds, and it still drags it.

It doesn't happen for all files, and it doesn't happen everywhere in the file's entry in the tree widget. But there isn't a file or kind of file it happens to -- sometimes it happens to some files, sometimes it happens some other files. Nor is there a particular place you have to click -- that also varies.
