The view source command (default shortcut "v") doesn't work if the preview pane is disabled.  It stops working if the state of the preview pane is toggled.

I only use IMAP folders so this may not apply to a local mail spool.

Actually "v" also works if the message is "open in another window" (via double-click).

I can reproduce this in HEAD. The menu item 'view source' should be disabled/enabled after toggling the preview pane.

The view source works also without the preview pane in 1.10.1 (kde 4.1.1), therefor there is no need to disable it in that case (only when there is no mail selected or opened).

The shortcut works for me in 1.10.1 as well regardless of wether the preview pane is enabled or not.
