How to reproduce:
	- Open kate in IDEAL mode
	- Open the left sidebar and click the overlap button
	- Write something in the text window (you'll see the cursor blinking)
	- Now click on the right scroll bar, you'll see the cursor is not blinking anymore and typing does not add text to the text view.

This does not happen with the sidebar not overlapped.

Can reproduce it in both 3.2 and CVS head.
