Hi,

this is slightly tangential to bugs 57791 and 64796, but just so much. What I wanted to have is to able to have IMAP account in the first place in the folder list and the Local folders account below it.

If it is not possible to make accounts order customizable via some more sophisticated method, cannot it be at least possible to make this order follow settings of General/startupfolder in kmailrc, so that account with the startup folder would be on the top?
