I can't reproduce the problem. Do you have a backtrace? Created attachment 4487 [details]
Trace but without debugging info
I don't think the trace will help much. What I did (and it's reproducable here) is following: 1. open korganizer by clicking on its tray-icon 2. open appointment by double-clicking it 3. editing the title 4. click apply 5. click ok 6. -> crash I have the same problem an a backtrace for this problem: (SuSE Linux 9.0, KDE 3.2 Final rpms) [New Thread 16384 (LWP 2381)] 0x41892a86 in waitpid () from /lib/i686/libpthread.so.0 #0 0x41892a86 in waitpid () from /lib/i686/libpthread.so.0 #1 0x40daba7a in KCrash::defaultCrashHandler(int) () from /opt/kde3/lib/libkdecore.so.4 #2 0x4189196c in __pthread_sighandler () from /lib/i686/libpthread.so.0 #3 <signal handler called> #4 0x40124e3e in KOEventEditor::processInput() () from /opt/kde3/lib/libkorganizer.so.1 #5 0x40122a95 in KOIncidenceEditor::slotOk() () from /opt/kde3/lib/libkorganizer.so.1 #6 0x40b4e9e0 in KDialogBase::qt_invoke(int, QUObject*) () from /opt/kde3/lib/libkdeui.so.4 #7 0x40123a73 in KOIncidenceEditor::qt_invoke(int, QUObject*) () from /opt/kde3/lib/libkorganizer.so.1 #8 0x40126033 in KOEventEditor::qt_invoke(int, QUObject*) () from /opt/kde3/lib/libkorganizer.so.1 #9 0x411e38bb in QObject::activate_signal(QConnectionList*, QUObject*) () from /usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #10 0x411e3684 in QObject::activate_signal(int) () from /usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #11 0x4152b4bc in QButton::clicked() () from /usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #12 0x41274cae in QButton::mouseReleaseEvent(QMouseEvent*) () from /usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #13 0x4121ae36 in QWidget::event(QEvent*) () from /usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #14 0x41182776 in QApplication::internalNotify(QObject*, QEvent*) () from /usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #15 0x411822d8 in QApplication::notify(QObject*, QEvent*) () from /usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #16 0x40d2b464 in KApplication::notify(QObject*, QEvent*) () from /opt/kde3/lib/libkdecore.so.4 #17 0x411122ad in QETWidget::translateMouseEvent(_XEvent const*) () from /usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #18 0x411104d5 in QApplication::x11ProcessEvent(_XEvent*) () from /usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #19 0x411284dd in QEventLoop::processEvents(unsigned) () from /usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #20 0x411951d0 in QEventLoop::enterLoop() () from /usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #21 0x411950c6 in QEventLoop::exec() () from /usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #22 0x41182a0f in QApplication::exec() () from /usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #23 0x08050d00 in main () I can now reproduce the bug and am working on a fix. As workaround I would recommend to not use Apply in the dialog. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 72445 *** Can confirm this. Crashs all the time when I click apply and then ok. Gentoo linux, kde 3.2.0, having this crash as well. |
