Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.1.5)
Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages
Compiler:          Debian Unstable package (KDE 3.1.5)

In the config box, if i remove all the characters and i save, kcharselect crash and it can't be restart. I've to edit ~.kde/share/config/kcharselect_panelappletrc to change the Characters= line.

Fixed for KDE 3.2.1
