Version:           1.3 (using KDE 3.2.0 RC1, compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.2.3
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.6.0

1) navigating in mc do not change path and neither do on leaving mc.

(in KDE 3.1.X it worked just fine)

2)
~/.bash_profile (for example variable PS1)
~/.bashrc
are not loaded (in KDE 3.1.X it worked just fine)

For #2, Konsole is apparently not running a login shell. What does your "Shell" session have set for executing?

There is nothing in "Execute" for "Shell" session, but neither was in KDE 3.1.X and it was working.
I delated all config files in home directory and I reinstaled 3.1.4. By default with no changes necessary thinks are as they were supposed to be.

Ok this was apparently problem with Slackware package from KDE contrib. Packgage from slackware.com is OK
