KGpg documentation needs tidying up to make sure it follows the usual KDE 
documentation conventions (menu ref, credits, etc).

Looks like someone did some heavy editing back in June 2008 of this document and seems to be up to standards now. EBN isn't complaining nor are my checks. Looks good.
