As discussed on kde-core-devel, dcopservices must be terminated when they are 
not needed otherwise we end up with stale processes all over the place.  I've 
had 3-4 in the background, sitting there forever but unused by anything.  
(KWeather, CVS, the rdf one, etc)

I don't see this as showstopper.
