Description cerebro84 2003-11-18 23:06:08 UTC
Version: 1.3 Beta (using KDE 3.1.93 (CVS >= 20031111), compiled sources)
Compiler: gcc version 3.2.2 (Mandrake Linux 9.1 3.2.2-3mdk)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.21-0.13mdk

When I write a command longer than 2 rows in konsole, the second row, instead to be written under the first, overwrites it.

I've seen this happen, but this is not a Konsole bug (or it doesn't seem to be for me).

Just 'exec bash' and the new bash will see the settings correctly.

I've only seen this happen on restarted sessions, however.
Comment 3 cerebro84 2003-11-19 21:40:39 UTC
To me it happen also on new sessions. And, of course, I don't now what a restarted session is.

Mandrake? Same as report 53418?
Comment 5 cerebro84 2004-02-15 19:19:00 UTC
Yes, I read the description of 53418 and saw its pictures, I think it's the same. I also read comments, so I'll wait for you to mark this as invalid.

Perhaps http://qa.mandrakesoft.com/show_bug.cgi?id=3747#c13 helps?
