When adding some actions in the KMail toolbar, some of them have no associated icon.
The action is added to the toolbar, but the icon is either invisible (on OFF), or empty but pressed (on ON).
Several suggestions :
 - add an icon for all actions which has none
 - allow user to browse for icons for each action

True. This is already fixes. I'll close this as a dup to the one it is solved in.
