Concerns KDE 3.1.3 from Texstar rpm`s for Mandrake 9.1

When I start a search from within Konqueror the window is much too large for my 640x480 screen (only resolution I can manage). It can be resized only vertically but not horizontally and is about 125% the size of my screen (The lefthand side being on the edge of my screen, I can only read `Bro` on the `Browse` button. It is quite irritating not to be able to resize to my screensize. This happened in every KDE version since 3.0. 

Since I see no requirement that KDE will work only on larger resolutions, in my opinion this is a bug.
