Version:           3.1.3 (using KDE KDE 3.1.3)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs
OS:          Linux

I believe there is a minor usability bug in the view 
 menu part of the settings menu. 
 
 Right now its organized like this:

 Save View Profile "Current View Profile" ... 
 Configure View Profiles ... 
 Load View Profile ... 
 _________________________________________________________________ 
 
 I think it makes more sense to organize it like this: 
 _________________________________________________________________ 
 Save View Profile "Current View Profile" ... 
 Load View Profile ... 
 Configure View Profiles ... 
 _________________________________________________________________ 
 
 and it is organized this way in most programs on every platform I used.
