When I change the order of the columns from Subject|Sender to Sender|Subject, the icons which indicate e.g. a reply or the crypto icons stay left of the subject and are now in the middle between 'Sender' and 'Subject'.
It would be nice if those icons would get a separate column so that you can decide for yourself where to put them.

I think this would be a big UI improvement for kmail.
