After upgrading to KDE 3.1.3 from 3.1.2 via Slackware packages, Konqueror does not size web pages properly leaving a small area off the right side thereby causing the horizontal scroll bar to appear.  This was mentioned on usenet by someone running Red Hat 8, and I am running Slackware 9, so it is not distribution specific.  Konqueror file manager does not appear to have this problem.
