Version:           3.1.1 (using KDE KDE 3.1.1)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs
Compiler:          gcc 3.3 
OS:          Linux

scenario:

i have two different konqueror windows opened
there are some cases where i am not able to copy/paste files between them
it depends on the configuration i have set

case 1:
in control center
KDE Components => File Manager: Minimimize Memory Usage
if "for local browsing only", "never", or "for web browsing" are checked i can not copy/paste files

case 2:
in control center
KDE Components => File Manager: Minimimize Memory Usage
if "always is checked" i can copy/paste files

Fixed in HEAD already; will try to remember to backport for 3.1.3 in time
