Description Ed Suominen 2003-07-05 21:20:53 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1)
Installed from: RedHat RPMs
OS: Linux

When viewing a 1024x768 server desktop on a 1024x768 client screen, I like to use as much as possible the client display space for the server desktop. I understand the need for the two buttons on the top (and the "quit" button someone else suggested in another bug), but it's annoying to have this toolbar sitting there taking up so much valuable screen space. How about letting this toolbar detach and float, e.g., in another top level window?

Made the toolbar dockable in HEAD.

I use KDE 3.3.2, Gentoo packages.

Is there any possibility that the toolbar be made *removable*, as well?

Also, there is something wrong with the height of the toolbar when it is detached: I can only see the upper half of the buttons.
