Are you talking about full-screen as in maximixed window or as in "Tools> Full-Screen mode..."? Which UI mode do you use? Childframe, IDEAl, tabbed or toplevel? I'm using IDEAI. Also, weirdness. I didn't have it explicitly set to full screen mode but did have it maximized. Setting the application to full screen mode then back again seems to have fixed the behavior. Now, when it is in full screen mode as in "Tools>Full-Screen Mode", this behavior continues. In *that* case I'm not sure whether it was intentional or not. To refine my previous comments: When Gideon is merely maximized (not Tools>Full-Screen), *and* a dialog is open such as the "add attribute" dialog. then the described behavior is seen. That is, Gideon is brought to the foreground any time the mouse sweeps across the Gideon window. Now, if Gideon is in full screen mode, then ALT-TABing to try and bring Konsole to the foreground doesn't work at all. I cannot reproduce this behaviour. Neither the part about the mouse-over nor alt-tabing to bring konsole to the front in full-screen mode. Everything seems to react as it should. Do you still have this problem with current kdevelop? Can not reproduce. |
