with the B2 theme, if a window has no title, it cannot be dragged around by its
titlebar, since there is no space there to click on. I have a workaround,
which is to add some spacers around the title, but it needs the attached patch.
I use it regularly, and does seem to improve things for me.

Patch to enable spacers in b2 theme.

If this patch were applied, it would close the bug reported, as far as I am
concerned.

I've fixed this specific problem by simply limiting the minimum width of the title area. But the
patch was right too, there was missing support for spacers. Thanks.
