When you have multiple tabs it would be nice if the text in the tab could be truncated to that the tabs aren't so large.  This could be configurable.  The tooltip for the tab already give you the complete text.  

For instance, if you're at www.linuxtoday.com the tab has 'Linux Today - Linux News O..."
www.slashdot.org has "Slashdot: News for nerds, s...".

I'd like to be able to say only show the first 10 characters in the tab.  

This text is also duplicated in  Konqueror's title bar.
