Hi!
scrolling a kivio page up and down moves immediately to the top/bottom part of the page. 
IMHO it should scroll  in much smaller steps through the pages.

Currently the wheel scrolls the height of the visible area. What would you say is a more 
acceptable length to scroll?

kword scrolls in 10 steps (4 lines / step) through one visible page 
also kmail scrolls 3-4 lines per step

BTW the scrolling sems to be  independent of the resolution (zoom level)
