Version:           unknown (using KDE 3.1.0)
Installed from:    Gentoo
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (release)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.4.19-pre7

I can't add a Save All button to the toolbar. It's in the file menu, but when I try to add a button for it, it's not in the list of available actions. Please add Save All to this list.

I believe Save All should have a button in the toolbar by default, as it is in IDEA. IDEA doesn't even have a "Save" button, just "Save All", and it turns out to be all that you ever need. There's never any reason (in my experience) to save just a single file and not all the others.

You can save all by simply compiling. So I think this is not a bug.
Sometimes you want o save just one file like a data file or something like that so the
single save makes more sense to me than the "Save All" only approach.
Current Gideon is clever enougth, you can press execute and it will, save opened
files, and compile if necessary and then execute the aplication.

I would like a save book button on the tool bar or a way to add what buttons I
want on the tool bar would be better.

Way to add what buttons I want on the toolbar:
Settings -> Configure toolbars...
