Bug 55199

Summary:	As a normal user started Konqueror as Root. It worked for days, but once crashed. Since then when I start it as Root from any user profile it appears for a moment then quit. So I can't use it as root. As a normal user it works.

Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.1)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs
