Description esigra 2003-02-11 12:12:11 UTC
Version: 0.5.2 (using KDE 3.1.0)
Installed from: compiled sources
Compiler: gcc version 3.2.1
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.20

I was testing the client in KDE_3_1_BRANCH and immediately noticed that a token could be displayed at the wrong field.

It happended 2 times that a token was shown on the Chance field inside the red group at the top row, but was really somewhere else. Once it was at one of the red fields after the Chance field, and another time it was at the railroad 3 fields after the Chance field.

Another time I landed on the Community Chest field within the green group and was sent to Jail. But the token didn't move to Jail, only th the top right corner of the current field. But the token was back on the correct field when I left Jail.

Do you have token animation on or off?

The jail thing sounds like a bug, the others sound a lot like you got the 'advance to illinois ave' or 'advance to reading railroad' cards..

The animation was on but I turned it off during the game, in both clients.

Now I got it again. From the start i rolled 3 and 4 and landed on Chance. I got
"Advance to St. Charles Place. If you pass go, collect $200.". But the token was not
movet to St. Charles Place. Later I got "Take a walk on the Boardwalk. Advance token
to Boardwalk." and the token stayed where it was.

If you fix the card case and the jail thing, I will check if it ever happens again.

Fixed in Atlantik, in both HEAD and KDE_3_1_BRANCH for KDE 3.1.1 and KDE 3.2.

It seems to work in KDE_3_1_BRANCH. Thanks for fixing!
