The client hangs in the following situation:
When player A starts a 'Trade', and while using the SelectBox looking around for the estate to pick, player B 'rejects' the offer, and the whole form is disabled. Then nothing responded anymore.

Had to switch to another console to kill the app because my keyboard and mouse got stuck in a disabled widget. This is probably a nasty one, I can't think of any fix right now (maybe wait until the selectbox loses focus?).
