Sometimes you start a game. It loads.
Than you get a gray display or something like that for some secs and than you can see the map. Sometimes the game already started.

We should add two profiling entries:
1. the moment when the game actually gets started
2. the moment when the *first* frame gets rendered

This should be fixed for quite a while already, because of new startup code.
