Version:           v0.8pre (using KDE 3.1.9)

Facilities which are ready for placing on the map should be marked as finished.
Maybe another icon ontop of the facility symbol.

This was fixed ( I guess with the ufo port). All the other facilities are a little darker, so the current one is always marked well.
