Description Michael Klepikov 2002-12-01 16:47:27 UTC
Version: 1.4.7 (using KDE 3.0.8 (KDE 3.1 beta2))
Installed from: SuSE
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (SuSE)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.18

I have an email with two email attachments (attachment content-type: message/rfc822, content-transfer-encoding: 7bit, attached message itself has content-type: text/html; charset="iso-8859-1", content-transfer-encoding: quoted-printable)

When I click on either one of attachment icons in the main email window, a new window opens with the attached email, displaying correct headers, raw HTML, and the following message:

"Note: This is a HTML message. For security reasons, only the raw HTML code is shown. If you trust the sender of this message then you can activate formatted HTML display for this message by clicking _here_."

When I click "_here_", nothing happens at all, except the hyperlink "_here_" is selected with a dashed rectangle. The attachment is not displayed with formatted HTML as it should.

In the main message (content-type: text/html; charset="iso-8859-1", content-transfer-encoding: quoted-printable) formatted HTML is displayed correctly when I click "_here_" in it ***when it's displayed in the main KMail window***, but if I double click on the subject in the folder listing and open the main email in a separate window, I can no longer display formatted HTML in it, same as in attachments.
