When a progress bar is on 100%, the bar itself is one or two pixels too long, i.e. it overwrites the very right side of the space that's reserved for the bar. You can see this with KMail when it compresses its folders on exit or when a download in konqueror is finished (select the "keep window open" checkbox while downloading).

This problem is fixed in CVS now.
