You make a normal konqueror SPLIT ViewYou select some files on the left , and on the right side.The Windows are not connected via the [x] link buttontry to make right klick->delete on left or right window.it deleted sometimes the files on the wrong side of the split view !!!!

sorry i  wanted to enumerate the things to do , but the windows did not make newline's        i hope you can read it anyway

I can't reproduce that... got any more details how you run into this bug? Did you have files selected   
in both views? When selecting RMB->Delete in a view, was it the active view at that time? (indicated 
by the green LED in the statusbar)
