Version:           kdevelop 3.0alpha1 aka gideon (using KDE KDE 3.0.8)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
Compiler:          gcc 3.2 
OS:          Linux

Using kdevelop 3.0alpha1 aka gideon, from
Projetc->Project Option->Run Options->Main Program->Browse
it opens a QT like file selector instead of the default/global kde enhanced one.

Just fixed in CVS, thanks for the report.
