if right clicked on e.g *.ui files in the groups treeview
for e.g. adding to CVS, the designer is always started unasked (two times). The same thing happens with
the *.ts files.

I propose to start external applications only, if
left clicked.

Works for me :) Can you upgrade to KDevelop 2.1.3?
