And there are also similar bugs in other units: 
* Construction of mineral refinery starts with roof and then comes 
pile of minerals, they are both floating in the air for a moment and 
then comes rest. 
* War factory construction also starts with some little things 
hanging in the air.

Also, parts of buildings can go into other buildings (was #48303):

build a Techcenter in the right from the comsat without space between them.
