Drag and Drop Japanese-name file to noatun is wrong.
Japanese filename is broken.

But DnD to play list window is OK.
Drop to noatun main window is NG.

Fixed.  I think.  I don't speak a lot of Japanese, so it's kinda hard to test 
:)
