When editing a remote file via the sftp ioslave and the file is modified by another program kate will overwrite those changes. Expected behaviour would be the same behaviour when editing a file on the local filesystem. That is give notification to the user that the file has been modified and give an option to reload the file.

Same as bug #104523 . Since 104523 has comments and votes, I mark this one as the duplicate instead of the other way around.
