KDE 4.14.7 on Fedora 20 has the ability for different widgets on each desktop specified on 
"Navigation, Number and Layout of Virtual Desktops" control
KDE 5.11.0 on Fedora 22 this ability has been removed this includes having different wallpapers on each desktop

Please converge to one thread, either #343246 or #341143  (but change the title to include the widgets).
