We have a SMB-Share on a SuSE 7.1 server. From a Windows-machine we created a directory with a German Umlaut ÃÂ¤ (&auml;). When trying to access it via smb://servername/directory an errormessage 'Datei unvollstÃÂ¤ndig' appeared. Removing the Umlaut helped.
