Hello.

I like set to icons has same size like other icons even on higher panel.

I have KDE 4.11.4 on Mageia 4.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I set greater height of panel
2. Icons in system tray is smaller than other icons on panel
Actual Results:  
Icons in system tray on panel is smaller than other icons when panel has one and a half times greater size than icon size of system tray.

Expected Results:  
Icons in system tray on panel with same icon size like other icons.

Tray icons are small on purpose. If you want them to be user-adjustable, that's tracked in Bug 133936.
