The Device notifier Plasmoid always shows up in the panel area of the systemtray and isn't properly hidden when no devices are attached.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
Whether or not the systemtray shows or hides plasmoids depends on the plasmoid setting plamoid.status to PlasmaCore.Types.ActiveStatus cq. PlasmaCore.Types.PassiveStatus
