As it stands on the bug subject it is imposible to attach a file when redacting a new mail in the yahoo (I've tried it with the spanish server - yahoo.es - ). It seems to be a JavaScript problem.
I've seen some bugs reports related to this topic and the same webpage but all of them where quite old (a year o so) and no one of them where related to the attaching file feature.
I hope this information could help you for making better an allready excellent browser. Thank you for your efforts
