1. create a new branch
2. message "Cannot create section: a section with this name already exists"
3. the branch doesn't exist actually

Create new branches and switch to them.
We will allow switching between branches only
if there are no uncommited changes, its too tricky
to allow the normal git checkout with its use cases.
