You should use the dynamic playlist for that, or filter in the collection browser. Thanks for your answer. When I filter for those artists in the collection I have to add them to playlist. That is not what I want. I already have my preferred playlist loaded and don't want to alter it, I just want to hear not only the specific songs of one but two or three artists in it. I have more songs of those artists but I don't want them in that playlist. I admit I haven't yet taken a look at those dynamic playlists. That seems very complicated and it also doesn't seem to match my needs. I don't want to filter the collection for artists or genres to get a new playlist, it's the static playlist of my chosen songs I just want to filter for more than one single criteria. If I would use that dynamic I would have to do the work twice each time I want to listen to the songs because nearly every time I want to hear another combiantion of the songs already chosen in my playlist. I would constantly need to define new dynamic playlists to filter for artist A + artist B + song a + song b + song d but not song c, song f and song g of artist A but + song z of artst B and so on. I also could go through the whole playlist and put song by song in the queue but that is even easier than your proposal but also much too longwinded. A simple "Armstrong" in the filter does it, why not a "Armstrong OR Domino"? *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 193537 *** |
