Description Rolf Eike Beer 2012-08-23 22:26:37 UTC
I have some places bookmarked, as most people would have they are on Earth. Now when I switch to another planet (Venus, Mars) or moon the bookmarks are still shown.

While it's funny to show other people "hey, if you would live on the moon you would sit in that crater" I don't think this really makes any sense at all. So the bookmarks should be bound to the planet where they were made. Allowing them on other planets is IMHO a good idea, but mixing them not.

Reproducible: Always

Yes it's still there. Still kind of funny.

On Earth I moved to my starred home location then I changed the map to Moon, and enjoyed looking where my home is on the Moon.

I'm on Debian using this version.

Package: marble
Version: 4:20.12.1-1

Yes, this is a design issue - so far we don't specify the planet information inside the bookmarks.
