Is this crash reproducible? Looks like a problem with gstreamer (In reply to comment #1) > Is this crash reproducible? Looks like a problem with gstreamer Amarok has gone quiet on a couple of times, but this is the first time it has crashed, so I'd say it's not readily reproducible :( Maybe it is, I just had another crash. Which version of the phonon-backend-gstreamer do you use? This should be fixed since version 4.6, see also bug 290706 Sorry, forgot to specify my setup: Ubuntu 12.04, amd64. I'm running the following version: $ apt-cache policy phonon-backend-gstreamer phonon-backend-gstreamer: Installed: 4:4.7.0really4.6.0-0ubuntu1 Candidate: 4:4.7.0really4.6.0-0ubuntu1 Version table: *** 4:4.7.0really4.6.0-0ubuntu1 0 500 http://se.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ precise/main amd64 Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status I didn't reflect on it at the time, but when I choose 'next song' in amarok main gui, the title really didn't fit the current playlist. Is there any state that is saved that could perhaps screw things up? Please submit another report, then, as this crash clearly is related to gstreamer *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 290706 *** |
