[at least] Kubuntu precise alpha2 comes with panel autohiding enabled by default in plasma netbook.

I really don't like this. I tried to find a way to disable this (it seemed to me to be obvious to look for this in the context menu of the panel), but failed.

Only searching the Internet i found that this can be done with the cashew that is located in the lower left corner (i didn't notice it before):

please add one more way to go into panel placement editing mode (the one where i get the toolbar with 'Screen edge', 'Height', 'Auto hide' buttons)
