Version:           2.4-snapshots (using KDE 4.7.4)

When I apply a numbering style in a Indian Language(I tried in Kannada) it is not saved in the file

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open a document and apply a numbering style(say Kannada) and save that. Reload that saved file and u will see that the numbering is not saved.

Actual Results:  
The numbering is not saved

Expected Results:  
Numbering should be saved

Just checked with a document created with LO and the numbering is not loaded too in Words

This LO document has greek numbering problem with style:num-format being in string format i.e. style:num-format="Α, Β, ... (gr)"
