The "g" keyboard shortcut is used to cycle the perspectives. The shortcut should be bound to the mouse wheel so that the keyboard is not necessary

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
the mouse wheel should have the same effect as the 'g' keyboard shortcut.
