This patch enables grouping selected items by time. It is useful for bunch of images taken with auto-bracketing camera function.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Select images, right click. Group->Group Selected By Time


Expected Results:  
Images with time distance lower than 2 second will be grouped.
